Do you love solving puzzles — especially when the puzzles are schedules, resources and deadlines?

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing projects and resource availability.
  • Track the planning, execution, and successful delivery of all advertising projects.
  • Create detailed timelines to ensure the timely progression and completion of tasks.
  • Guide the allocation and management of resources efficiently, balancing multiple project demands.
  • Facilitate communication across creative, account management, media, and production teams as it relates to timelines and deliverables.
  • Work with leaders to mitigate workflow bottlenecks and potential delays.


Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or a related role within a creative or advertising agency.
