Are you a Digital Media Planner/Buyer?
The Digital Media Planner/Buyer is accountable for all aspects of the planning, implementation, tracking, monitoring and budgets for assigned client’s digital campaigns to help achieve the client’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient at managing multiple projects, highly organized, analytical, and possesses effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Execute paid media campaigns; manage account set up in key platforms, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Handle media ad trafficking, campaign UTM execution, and tag delivery to outside partners
Develop media plans that ladder up to campaign objectives
Develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams such as account, creative, strategy and traditional media
Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and circulate updates and innovations with internal teams
Evaluate media opportunities, prepare media POVs and case studies, and help develop and presentation of media plans for assigned clients
Pull data for digital media performance and web metrics, providing campaign performance reports to clients, including optimization recommendations as needed to continuously improve campaign performance
Demonstrate understanding of key digital media trends and concepts
Exhibit strong analytical skills and ability to tie results to client business objectives and key performance indicators, providing relevant metrics and measurement strategies for digital media campaigns
Accountable for accuracy and follow-through on all assigned tasks
Keep an internal status for active media projects while establishing and adhering to timelines
Accurately manage campaign budgets and pacing
Requirements:
Hands-on experience supporting media plan development across a variety of paid media
Writing and speaking skills for development and delivery of POVs and paid media plans with a professional demeanor
High interest and initiative in expanding media skillset
Advanced organizational skills and ability to identify and self-manage steps toward project completion
Ability to develop thoughtful strategies and overall budget recommendations from specific communication goals
Experience with campaign setup, deployment, optimization and reporting
Experience with a variety of objective strategies (awareness, engagement, conversion, etc.) and audience targeting (demo; geo; 1st party; look-alike; retargeting)
Candidate Qualifications
1-3 years professional experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,Teams) and general knowledge or experience with online media research tools and platforms (e.g. Campaign Manager, AdWords, MRI, Google Analytics, etc.)
