Are you a Senior Account Manager?

The organized, got-it-together type? Someone that people REALLY listen to? Are you great with clients over the phone, in front of a slide deck, or over a plate of tapas? Can you give feedback with a smile and creative input with confidence? Do you question insight and strategy behind ads you encounter? (Like, out loud, to yourself, in front of the TV?) Are you on top of every detail for a shoot, from head count to thread count? Can you provide strategic direction that makes the campaigns you’re on shine even brighter?

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Managed a diverse set of projects and clients with limited oversight
  • Led complex projects from inception to completion across various forms of advertising (ex: Video Production, Print Production) while implementing the agreed upon process 
  • Perform cross-departmental evaluations to support workload management and proactively collaborate with internal teams
  • Effective listener with appropriate and timely responses to client concerns or questions
  • Ability to influence clients through compelling communication, including engaging and persuasive presentations
  • Established confidence and trust with teammates and senior leaders
  • Managed account management team members
  • Ability to conceive and develop strategically-informed thinking
  • Successfully led financial tracking
  • 4+ years of agency experience (preferred) or relatable experience in the advertising/marketing field
